Go To the Moon?

Probably an odd question but how would one do a go to the Moon? Pretty sure plate solving wouldn’t work. Maybe go to a nearby location, plate solve and sync, then just go to the moon without centering?

The full moon is about 31 arcmin or 1/2°
What are you trying to solve exactly ?

Depends on your field … if there are stars and over the medium background the solving work, i’ve used personally. Otherwise you cannot solve directly on a field with the moon. You can solve near and after do a simple goto.
