LDN 1251 using Voyager Array from London

I have a Colchester lathe and its original emblem was “The World Turns on Colchester Lathes” as for the turning metal on a lathe…well…
“Astrophotography turns on Voyager Array!”

Another image thanks to Voyager Array:

LDN 1251 LRGB from London

Not the best conditions to capture this one but the skies were clear although with plenty of Moonlight and even as this target sits high in the sky through the night it’s north of my location where the big light pollution dome of London illuminates all…

12hrs in total which really means 6hrs under the sky because of Array.

Check the OSC data only frame also - link to OSC data only.

Thanks!

Great Roberto … this is another difficult target … and another great result.
Really glad you use Voyager for your passion.

All the best

That’s really excellent Roberto. A great piece of work, especially from your skies.

Thank you Robert. I was surprised there was something to process after just 5hrs of L.

Very difficult target. I am really impressed that you are able to capture this kind of objects from London. Congrats!

Thank you Jose! Imaging these after midnight helps reduce the effect of light pollution. Only made possible, unattended, by Voyager.
