If I run a sequence and some time later click on the “Autofocus Robofire LocalField” will Voyager wait for the current image exposure to complete, then do a autofocus, then continue the sequence?

During action running command will be disabled in onthefly.
If you need to inject manually an autofocus during a sequence, in the principal ribbon menù select page Monitor, there’s a card Injection, use command autofocus with filter needed. A request will be placed in sequence and executed at finish of running exposure. With reset command you can remove the request.
