Is Vcurve information stored for individual profiles? I was having focusing problems and then realized I had created original Vcurves with another camera and thought that might be the problem. The other possibility was the camera had a little different image scale. Once I changed that and ran new Vcurves it was fine.

Yes, VCurves are stored with the profile. Create a new profile whenever you change out equipment and you will be able to go back and forth between gear easily
