Can I down load the Web Dashboard to operate on my hardware, or is it only a web service?
It should work on your local network, too. If you want to access your computer remotely, you would need a dedicated IP address or a VPN.

WebDashboard is inside the Voyager installation so you already have a local copy
Local work only if you have activated the interval web server of Voyager.
