NEW => Added new VikingManaged Event in the Application Server to indicate if Voyager has Viking in Management or not

BUG => Array -> On some occasions, the control of the cooling timeout caused the exit from the sequence by mistake even if not true

BUG => In case of loading a profile with a monochrome camera while it is in a profile with a color camera, the filters were not listed in the configuration controls even if present
