We are having an incredible spell of weather in SE England. I took the below last week and this in the first half of the evening (only gets dark at 10pm though) and have been imaging Vulpecula before dawn. Voyager has kept this going as I couldn’t have stayed up for some many nights straight!
Info on Astrobin: Eastern Virgo Cluster - wide field
Check the annotated version at the link above - so much going on in the background! Image below is 50% resolution of original.
Excellent acquisition and processing, Roberto. There are a lot of little galaxies hiding in there.
Thank you Glenn! My setup is not particularly suited to galaxy imaging but these wide fields have so much going on in them, they are definitely worth the time.
Wonderful Roberto … you can lost in this kind of images.
All the best
Thank you Leo! Voyager has been trudging along - unnoticed - through the night
Just wow, very delicate processing and fine details on the galaxies. Love it!
Thank you Francesco! Web dashboard was what allowed me to fit as many M objects in that frame!
Glad to hear it
In the new coming version, if you want, you can identify it with “Smart” S_pointer
