Update on MINERVA (Modular Imaging Neural Engine for Reliable Validation and Automation)

Beta of the calibration module is underway, and the results look very good! We have some feature updates to make based on user feedback. Really looking forward to the seeing this one grow up!

We have a new module we just finished that leverages our data we collect about subframes from the calibration module work, and can act as a feedback loop to automatically tell Leo’s Voyager Astrophotography Automation software to get more data on a target, without the user doing anything other than running our module.

We have another module in design now to complete the full data stack – register and integrate. The full data stack is within our reach with this work and we could not be more excited.

We are working with some of the best minds in Astrophotography to design this all, and the best part is? It will all be FREE. 🙂
