I’m having an issue with setting up Nexmo SMS service in Voyager. I signed up for a Nexmo account, and added the key and secret to the respective fields in the configuration of the Nexmo SMS action in a dragscript. I’m getting the following in the monitor: Error;Illegal Sender Address rejected. I’ve verified that my key and secret works with the service using a POST call. Any help would be appreciated!

Just tested the service to be sure all is ok.
Have you used the correct number and in correct format ? Is this number allowed to send sms with nexmo ?
Error message coming from Nexmo server.
Insert number with this format +3933897…
Where +39 is for Italy to change with your international prefix

Thanks for the reply. I added the + before the country code, and I’m finding the same issue. I’ve both copy-pasted and manually entered the key/secret pairs, but still have the same error. When I reformat the phone number to +country (region) number-number, I get an auth error, which I found weird since I didn’t change anything else in the settings for SMS.

I remember when I signed the first time i must enter the phone number allowed in service. Without paying there is only 1 number if i dont remember wrong.
Have you tried to ask to nexmo support, usually are really fast in answer.
For last have you tried to swap the key and secret if are inverted ?

It appears I’ll need to set the send from number. In the api call that I tested, I did include a from argument. Would it be possible to add that to the nexmo Dragscript form?
