Is it possible to have a sequence that takes some videos of the planets? I think it would be nice to be able to sequence videos over a few hours, more or less hands off.
One issue of course is focus. People tell me that the v curve focus method is inadequate for planetary work. Is there an alternative or way to do this?

Its not possible, Voyager is not developed for video.

It is an interesting question. I have had nights were I do imaging (remote) but would like to lauch planetary late night (using some of the video aquisition software). In practice I have found that V curve is as good as anything else. Planetary software don’t have good focusing tools, they are mostly based on visual aides.
