Sequence finished with unrecoverable error

I am trying to run a sequence in On The Fly and it is ending immediately with the following error:

SubAction [Sequence - Safety Run] Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array

I searched on this error message, but found nothing and I’m stumped.

I don’t think that’s something we could deal with on the forum. I suggest that you raise a support request via email from within Voyager so that Leo can advise.

might be a condition was or was not met that you may have checked off. Slowly go through your sequence configuration tab by tab and see if something would trigger that: sun was up, item was below horizon, exit sequence if below. Also check the constraints tab.

Thanks Jamie,

I’ll try that, but the sequence was pretty vanilla…don’t think I even selected anything other than the exposure, gain, offset, and repeat for 1 slot of lights.

Recently tried to move storage and default paths from OneDrive due to capacity issues so I’m wondering if that may have had something to do with it.

Is there a way I can test this sequence out during the day? Don’t want to waste limited viewing conditions if possible troubleshooting.

Hi,

it happened to me too.
I solved it by reconfiguring the sequence starting from clean, most likely it was corrupted.
