I am still having trouble connecting to Stellarium. I have “remote control plugin” loading on startup with Stellarium using the default (8090) port.
In Voyager I’ve selected Stellarium as my planetarium with Hostname / IP =127.0.0.1, Port = 8090, and Try Start EXE On Connect checked.
When I hit Connect on the Startup panel, Stellarium launches, but I get the following error:
Planetarium Connection Error = [ERROR CODE = ERRORE] : Unable to connect to the remote server
If I hit DISCONNECT and then CONNECT (Stellarium already running) it seems to connect fine.
Well, I am not sure the connection is fine. The connection test on the setup page returns “OK”, but the programs don’t seem to be communicating - if I click on a target in Stellarium, it doesn’t show up as my “OnTheFly” Target - shouldn’t it?
