I downloaded the latest Voyager update, my first update in over a year. I understand that I need to manually install the updated file (Voyager_Setup_2.3.5.exe). However, I am not sure where I am supposed to place this file. Do I then simply restart Voyager once this file is placed in the correct location?

I simply run the .exe file and it updates everything.
It’s also a good idea to make a backup of your: profiles, dragscripts, and sequences.
Thanks very much. The update has initiated. However, it has been stuck at the “Init Environment Profile…” stage for over ten minutes. Is this typical?

I have had that issue once (And once for the issue actually mentioned in this wiki entry, which is slightly different) and the instructions here sorted it out both times. The problem was related to a Windows crash on both occasions for me.
