OK, my Paramount is set in position in the dome.
What do I need to do? I will be using Voyager Advanced to run the observatory and mount.
Here is what I have:
MaxDome II
Moonlight focuser
Fishcamp guider
QSI WS683
12V dew heater controller
All of the software that came with the MX – do I need The Dome Add-On?
Next.
Use a wide temp USB hub through the mount?
Is there 5V and 12V at the “control desk” on the mount, or is additional wiring needed?
Thanks.
Kevin
I use the Dome Add-on. It works well. I’ve just start setting up my remote kit as well.

OK, the observatory is 90% finished.
TSX is running in the building as is Voyager advanced.
Nothing has been set up yet.
Where to start?
Do I set up everything in TSX including dome control, mount control etc?
What do I do first?
I apologize, I searched and have not found an answer to this.
MaxDome II
Paramount MX
Moonlight Nitecrawler focuser and rotator
GSO ASI174 guider on OAG
QSI WS683
Sky Watcher WX control
12V dew heater controller
All of the software that came with the MX with all add-ons - T-point, Cameras, Dome, etc.
This is running on a Core i7 industrial PC on the mount pedestal. RDP to the house. Monitor and keyboard in the dome.
I need to set up polar alignment and the dome slit configuration. Do I do this in TSX first?
I’m sorry, really need step-by step startup sequence. I’m an idiot.
Thanks.
